At GamerzByte India, we organize and host esports events, many of these events will require the participant to pay participation fees. This participant fees will be charged through the payment gateway integrated in our eSports Event Portal. This participation fees assigns the participant a reserved spot for himself or his/her team in the event conducted which cannot be cancelled or revoked. Hence the participation fee is strictly not-refundable.
In case the participant and his/her team is not able to join the event on-time and/or before the event starts, he/she and their team may not get access to the event despite being a participant due to late access/joining. In such a case the participant has no obligation/authority to request for refund.
Cancellation Policy
In any circumstance that GamerzByte India is not able to conduct the paid event on scheduled date, the same will be postponed to be conducted on the next available date based on feedback from the participants. The participant fee collected will be then adjusted against the new event date.
